A EMERGENCY REVIEW WAS SET UP FOR 7/3/2015 TO DETERMINE IF THE FRONT DOOR COULD BE INSTALLED.
07/09/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ON 7/03/2015 MET WITH MICHAEL TAKU AND THE HISTORIC REVIEW COMMITTEE TO DETERMINE IF THE FRONT DOOR COULD BE TEMPORARILY INSTALLED FOR THE SAFETY OF THE STRUCTURE, REVIEW COMMITTEE DID AGREE TO ALLOW THE FRONT DOOR TO BE INSTALLED ONLY UNTIL THE REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETS ON 7/21/2015. ON 7/09 I INSPECTED THE PROPERTY AND DID FIND FRONT DOOR HAD BEEN INSTALLED AND STUCCO PATCHED AROUND IT.
06/30/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved REVISITED SITE, DID FIND FRONT DOOR BEING CHANGED OUT AND DBL WINDOWS IN FRONT ALSO CHANGED. ROCK VENEER ADDED TO THE PORCH PONY WALL.. PAVERS ADDED TO THE REAR PORCH AREA. NOV TO FOLLOW.
** SPOKE TO RACHELLE RUBIN INFORMED HER OF THE COMPLAINT AND WHAT ACTIONS WERE REQUIRED. ALSO MENTIONED A STOP WORK ORDER HAD BEEN PLACED ON THE PROPERTY AND SHE WOULD NEED TO CONTACT HPZ.
