Vegetation must be trimmed and maintained to provide an unobstructed pedestrian path a minimum 48 inches in width and 80 inches in height from grade. |

I explained the issues of the JMV's, a maroon Ultima and a food trailer with flat tires in the front yard. The other trailer is being stored in the front yard. There is stagnant water in the pool, overgrown grass and weeds throughout the back yard, dead tree hanging over the pool, the north side of the home is missing roof sheathing to cover the roof rafters. In the home there was only one working smoke detector. The home manager stated that he would have the smoke detectors installed by the end of the day. F/U 24 for smoke detectors and 30 day for the other issues. |
