06/29/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved At site, spoke to handyman. He stated that the owner was on vacation. He repaired the sheathing on the rafter tails and replaced some shingles. The dead branches and palm fronds have been removed and the pool is empty. The storage/refuse on the south side of the home and under the rear porch has been removed. Handyman stated that the property was going to be a SF rental dwelling. I'll follow up with the owner to change the C of O from group home to SFD. F/U 30 days
06/11/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspection request per Mike W. At site, both trailers have been removed. The car parked in front has air in the tires, no broken windows and a full interior, I'm told the vehicle runs. The hedges or trees on the southside have been trimmed and the branches now lay in the front yard in a large pile. There are two large piles of palm fronds in the back yard. I called the owner, Sally, she stated that she is evicting the tenants and wants to remodel the home. She is going to have a dumpster dropped off within the next couple of days.
