The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

I INSPECTED ALL UNITS, ALL UNITS WERE GROUND FLOOR UNITS, MY FINDINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS: > UNIT 9105, FOUND SINGLE BDRM UNIT, BEDROOM AND CLOSET CARPETING WAS WET BUT NOT DAMAGED. SPOKE WITH OCCUPANT CARLOS QUIHUIS WHO ALSO HAS A AIR BED IN THE LIVINGROOM AND ELECTED TO STAY IN HIS UNIT WOULD RETURN WHEN WATER WAS EXTRACTED AND DRYERS IN THE ROOM. >UNIT #9102, FOUND WATER IN THE CLOSET, MINOR AMOUNT OF WATER IN THE BEDROOM AREA. ASKED TENANT TO REMOVE BELONGINGS ON THE FLOOR OF THE CLOSET AND MOVE BED AWAY FROM CLOSET FOR EASY EXTRACTION. TENNANT GRISELDA CROSS STATED SHE ALSO ELECTED TO STAY IN HE APARTMENT, DID NOT REQUIRE HOUSING. >UNIT #9103 RECEIVED WATER DAMAGE IN THE KITCHEN AND IN THE HALL BATHROOM BUT DID NOT ENTER THE CARPETED HALLWAY OR BEDROOMS OPPOSITE THE BATHROOM. OCCUPANTS DID ELECT TO BE HOUSED IN A CORPORATE OFFICE, MANAGER LAWARENCE TOOK TENNANTS TO THE OFFIC TO GIVE THEM THE KEYS AND CAME BACK, TENNANTS ELECTED NOT TO STAY IN THE CORPORATE OFFICE. YAQUI HAD ARRIVED TO REMOVE WATER FROM THE KITCHEN AND OFFICE RIGHT AWAY. . NOV WAS IISUED ON SITE TO REMOVE, REPAIR AND OR REPLACE CARPET IN EACH UNIT. MANAGER LAWERENCE BAE STATED WATER IN THREE UNITS WOULD BE EXTRACTED AND DRIED, UNIT 9104 WILL BE REPLACED. ALL FOORING REMOVED AND DRIED OUT BEFORE REPLACING THE CARPET. |
