04/03/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Supervisor Rick Saldate called and wanted an inspection at the property due to a call came in for work being done on the property with out permits. Arrived and met with the owner and he showed me the interior of the building. The business is opened and is a smoke shop with a small grocery store, half and half. The owner stated that a breaker was being changed for the lighting on the exterior of the building. They did have a ladder to change the florescent light on the canopy in front. They did go on the roof to check on of the units on the roof. Did find trash and debris in the rear of the property. The main riser for the electrical is loose from the unistrut and has a metal clamp that was installed and not connected to the structure. There is a small conduit from a disconnect going to the roof where the conduit is loose from the LB at the roof line. Did show the owner the issues and will address them. The building was an old circle K and than was a donunt shop and has been closed for awhile. Will do N.O.V. RV.
05/18/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Talk to the owner and has correction being done on the plans. The owner hopes to have the drawings back for approval this week. Will check in 30 days. RV.
