04/09/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with supervisor Rick Saldate and being told that a TI permit may be required to have the building inspected. Did meet with the building offical Chris and went over what is being done on the property. Chris feels that the floor plan needs to be done due to check for ADA for correct passages. Did a N.O.V. and met with the owner again. He signed the N.O.V. and had met with an architect and doing a drawing for the property on the exterior and the interior. The architect should be done in a couple weeks. The owner will take the plans to Planning and Development Services Department for approval. Did meet with the nephews that were on the property at the time of the visit. The electrical issues have been completed. Will check in 30 days. RV.
