Did a N.O.V. and met with the owner again. He signed the N.O.V. and had met with an architect and doing a drawing for the property on the exterior and the interior. The architect should be done in a couple weeks. The owner will take the plans to Planning and Development Services Department for approval. Did meet with the nephews that were on the property at the time of the visit. The electrical issues have been completed. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
