Arrived and the unit has water comming from the ceilings and the walls from the upper unit. The upper unit had a water heater that is not holding water and leaking onto the floor. The tenant was removed from the unit and her son came and picked her up and taken to the sons home. The power was removed at the breakers and only leaving the refrigerator on. The furniture in the dinning room area was removed in case the ceiling did fall. The light fixture in the kitchen counter top area is full of water and needs to be removed. The handler needs to be checked due to water was dripping from the grill. The floor is holding approx. 1.5 inches of water which is carpet and sheet vinly. The water is in the kitchen, dinning room, hallway and at this time not in the bedroom or the living room. The maintenance did show on the property and checked the damage and call a company for the extraction of the water. Once the extraction is completed the door will be locked by the maintenance. Will meet with the manger when the office is opened. RV. |
