The light in the kitchen over the bar has been removed with a new light fixture. The fan in the dinning room has been cleaned and checked. Did have a book shelf in front of the electrical panel in the hall and will be removed for the proper clearance with out blocking the panel At this time the case will be closed. | 03/31/2015 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Did meet with the manager and she signed the N.O.V. Did go over the repairs needed and checked if the ceiling did fall and she stated no. Will need an electrical contractor to sign off on the electrical system due to the moisture on the fixtures, boxes and light switches. The light fixture does need to be changed due to full of water. The water has been extracted and currently has blowers in the unit for the drying of the moisture in the carpet and the walls and ceilings. The manager will call when the unit is ready to occupy and a letter from the electrician that the electrical is OK to be turned back on. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
