04/03/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT COX Approved Visited complex and was unable to find any trash or refuse, in fact the property was exceptionally clean. There was a stariway at the west end of building 15 which had been struck by a vehicle causing damage to the verticle metal post. There is no immediate collapse hazard. I went to the main office however it was not yet open. Will respond again Monday to make contact with management to assertain the timeline on the repairs.
06/19/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE COX Approved Refuse has been picked up. Inspector Goodman will follow up on the other portion of this compliant under an emergency case he is working at the same complex.
