Cooling facilities shall be installed and maintained in a safe condition and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and shall be capable of providing adequate cooling, appropriate for the climate, to assure a safe living environment. Evaporative cooling shall be maintained to be free of excessive rust, corrosion or mineral deposits that limit proper operation. Bathrooms, laundry rooms, water closet compartments and similar rooms shall be provided with natural ventilation by means of openable exterior openings with an area not less than 1 ½ square feet. A mechanical ventilation system connected directly to the outside may be provided in lieu of these required exterior openings for natural ventilation in bathrooms that contain a bathtub, shower or combination thereof; laundry rooms; and similar rooms. Such a system must be capable of providing 5 air changes at the rate of 50 cubic feet per minute if the system operation is intermittent; or 20 cubic feet per minute if the operation is constant. The point of discharge of exhaust air shall be at least 3 feet from any opening into the building. In bathrooms containing only a water closet, lavatory or combination thereof; or in similar rooms, ventilation may be provided with an approved mechanical recirculating fan or a similar device designed to remove odors from the room. |

The front door is loose on the hinges and draging on the floor, the door is not sealed for weatherazition, cooler has electrical on extension cord and dry rotted, not able to get to the water when required, roof has holes and covered with old sinks, exhaust fan vent for the bathroom has a pot over the opening instead of a T-top and blocking the air to vent, kitchen sink P-trap has a hole in the flex pipe and leaking water and gases, electrical panel in the kitchen has electrical tape covering openings where lacking a breaker instead of proper cover plates, cracks in the ceramic tile flooring on the kitchen and dinning room, GFCI not working in kitchen by switch and has open ground by the refrigerator, broken cabinets, roaches, globes lacking through out, windows painted shut or has screws, bathroom sink loose, toilet loose, escutcheon missing in the tug and shower including the overflow for the tub, has a added light in the hallway with exposed wiring on the north side, middle bedroom has hole in the ceiling where the roof leaks and the drywall has fallen, the baseboard heater has been removed and standing against a wall with the wiring exposed and taped, lacking smoke detectors, broken windows, furnace has been yellow tagged by SWG and not able to get to the water heater or the gas meter due to blocked with storage or trash and debris, No gas can be turned on until gas line checked or the appliance checked, lacking door knobs on the interior doors, front room has an portable heater and baseboard heater not working. Did call the owner and went over the issues that needed to be done with-in 24 hours of the smoke detectors, the windows made able to open, the cooler made operable, plumbing issues in the kitchen and bathroom where leaking, broken glass in the windows. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
