FINALLY THE EAST SIDE ALSO FREE OF GRASS AND WEEDS, ALL SHRUBS OBVIOUSLY TRIMMED AND DEAD PORTIONS REMOVED, FREE OF TRASH AND DEBRIS, SIDEWALKS CLEANED AND GROUNDS NEATLY RAKED OUT. SPOKE WITH TICKET AGENTS AT THE GARAGE, GAVE ME THE NAME OF PROPERTY MANAGER WHO CONTACTED ME BEFORE LEAVING THE PROPERTY, ASKED THAT THE 4 DEAD TREES BE ADDRESSED AND EXPLAINED THAT A NOV WOULD FOLLOW. ** GOT TOGETHER WITH SUPERVISOR RICK SALDATE AND EXPLAINED MY FINDINGS, RICK ASKED I CLOSE THE OLD CASE AND OPEN A NEW CASE AND ISSUE THE NOV ASAP, TO INCLUDE THE OVERGROWN AND DEAD VEGETATION IN FRONT OF THE MAIN HOTEL STRUCTURE. |
