This is not the 1st time we have been out this property for the same thing, so has pima county health. Everything he is doing is allowed by code. There was not a bad smell. Property owner is using an O2-Composting method to process the manure into compost for himself and neighbors (who all own livestock). Property is zoned SR = 2.2.4 "SR" SUBURBAN RANCH ZONE. 2.2.4.1 Purpose. This zone provides for very low density, large lot, suburban ranch uses. 2.2.4.2 Permitted Land Uses.
