The roof is dilapidated and there are no shigles or top coating to protect the decking. There is some refuse and debris in the carport and a few patches of grass/weeds. I called the number listed in TW records and left a message. Awaiting a return call. Since there is no immediate observable hazard the priority status is moving to S.
02/25/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE COX Approved Upon investigating another complaint I went by the house and witnessed the roofing shingles have been installed and the debris from the carport cleaned up. There are no other outstanding violation at this time.
