No obvious imminent structure failure impending. The house appears vacant however there is a porch light on and an active water service. The roof is dilapidated and there are no shigles or top coating to protect the decking. There is some refuse and debris in the carport and a few patches of grass/weeds. I called the number listed in TW records and left a message. Awaiting a return call. Since there is no immediate observable hazard the priority status is moving to S. |
