Did check and the water was removed on Jan. 8, 2015 due to lack of payment and has been an issue since 6-18-2014. The water department has been working with the tenants of the home and was turned off due to the amount. Did talk to the neighbor and was aware of the water being turned off. The neighbor was home and the tenant was seen taking water for the hose and was filling up buckets and trash containers for water for using due to lacking water to the house. I did turn on the hose bibb and nothing came out. The shut off valve was in the off position to back feed the house for water. I was able to talk to the owner who lives in Gilbert, Arizona. He was coming to Tucson to address the issue of lacking water to the house. Did get approval to meet after 5:00 PM when the owner get to town. RV. |
