01/26/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The owner did meet at the site and he signed all the paper work. Did go over where the water has been turned off due to lacking payment. Did meet with the tenants and was able to check the bathrooms and the kitchen and were clean at this time. Did take pictures of the condition of the house. The tenants were advise that they will not be able to stay in the house due to lacking water to the house. The tenants have been trying to get money to make payments for the water to paid. The son in law has been arrested and another person asisiting was also arrested. The main person on the rental agreement never showed to the property. Did have an issue on the shut down kids being in the house. The older tenant was taking care of kids and had to call the parents to come and pick up the kids. Once the kids were picked up the tenants did leave the site. The property was posted of "Do Not Enter" on the front window. The owner did change the lock on the front door and was locking the windows. I left the site and the owner was going to secure the building. The tenants were advised that if the water is turned back on that they can get into the house. Will check in 30 days. RV.
