09/11/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received a call from communication that T.F.D. on site with an electrical fire. Arrived and all the units have left the site and met with the manager on duty at the time of the inspection. Had a floor outlet by the produce that burned inside the cover plate. The outlet was lacking and the wires were inside the cover plate. The breaker was turned off and the electrician removed the wires from the breaker due to the manager stated that they don't use the outlet. Did check the electrical room and has issues with no lables on the panels, has panel that are not being used and lacking the dead fronts, has opened control panels and passages blocked with storage of boxes. Will check on the issues being corrected tomorrow. RV.
09/12/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved All correction have been completed that were asked of on the electrical panels. The panel fronts have been blocked with metal on the 3-panels on the bottom with metal. All the control panels have been secured properly, the room has been cleaned and new lighting has been install and was brighter. 1-switch gear has a handle that has to be ordered and will be changed over once it arrives. At this time the cover is secured and has been cautioned off with caution tape. They are working on labling of the panels and that will be done in a few weeks. At this time the case will be closed. Violaition Abated, Close Case. RV.
