Arrived and all the units have left the site and met with the manager on duty at the time of the inspection. Had a floor outlet by the produce that burned inside the cover plate. The outlet was lacking and the wires were inside the cover plate. The breaker was turned off and the electrician removed the wires from the breaker due to the manager stated that they don't use the outlet. Did check the electrical room and has issues with no lables on the panels, has panel that are not being used and lacking the dead fronts, has opened control panels and passages blocked with storage of boxes. Will check on the issues being corrected tomorrow. RV. |
