I spoke to the owners son Hector Pinero Jr. I gave him a copy of "illegal signs". We spoke at length. He is now aware of what constitutes a violation. Due to the amount on illegal signs he could nt remove them all in my presence so I told him I would return in a few hours. When I came back all the violations had been removed. Violations abated. Close Case.
