WHILE ON SITE HE STATED THAT HOMELESS ADDICTS LIVE IN THE WASH BEHIND HIS HOUSE AND HE DEMANDED TO KNOW WHAT WE WERE GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
