EXPLAINED THEY CAN'T NOT LIVE IN THE RV ON SITE IT'S IN VIOLATION OF THE ZONING VIOLATION. R1 IS NOT ZONED FOR THIS TYPE OF USE. OWNER WANTS THE NOV VIA MAIL BEFORE HE WILL COMPLY. WHILE ON SITE HE STATED THAT HOMELESS ADDICTS LIVE IN THE WASH BEHIND HIS HOUSE AND HE DEMANDED TO KNOW WHAT WE WERE GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
