02/24/2014 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-11(c) ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. (1) All dwellings and dwelling units shall be provided with electrical service. Electrical facilities connected to or in any building or structure are to be maintained hazard-free and in a state of good repair. The electrical system shall be free from such hazards as bare wiring; overloaded circuits or services; equipment not properly grounded; over-fused circuits; misuse of wiring, including the use of extension cords in lieu of permanent wiring; non-approved wiring; and wiring exposed to moisture or extreme heat. Broken, loose, frayed, inoperable, defective or missing portions of the electrical service, lines, switches, outlets, fixtures and fixture coverings shall be repaired or replaced. (2) All electrical equipment, wiring and appliances shall be installed and maintained in a safe manner and in accordance with all applicable laws.
02/24/2014 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-4. PERMITS REQUIRED. Unless otherwise exempt pursuant to section 301 of the Administrative Code, as adopted by reference per section 6-1 of this Code, or pursuant to any other ordinance or statute, no building, structure or building service equipment regulated by this chapter or by the technical codes adopted by the city shall be built, erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, moved, improved, removed, converted or demolished unless a permit first has been obtained from the building official in the manner provided in the administrative and building codes adopted by the city. The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe.

THERE IS NO LABELING SO I WILL LIST THEM FROM WEST TO EAST AND GIVE SPACE NUMBERS ACCORDING TO THERE LOCATION. THE FIRST SERVICE DISCONNECT LOCATION IS LOCATED AT THE REAR OF UNIT 4. THE MAKE UP IS TWO 200 AMP SERVICE DISCONNECTS. THE VIOLATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS; NO LABELING, THE GROUNDING ELECTRODE CONDUCTOR AS A SPICE WITH AN IMPROPER CONNECTOR, UNUSED OPENINGS, NO ACCESS TO SERVICE DISCONNECTS, CLEARANCE ISSUES. A PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE REPAIRS THE SECOND SERVICE DISCONNECT LOCATION IS LOCATED ON THE SOUTH WALL OF THE HOUSE MARKED AS UNIT 21. THE MAKE UP IS TWO 200 AMP SERVICE DISCONNECTS AND A 60 AMP DISCONNECT FOR THE HOUSE. BELOW ARE THE VIOLATIONS. THE GUTTER BOX'S GROUNDING ELECTRODE CONDUCTOR HAS BEEN CUT, LATER WAS REPAIRED WITHOUT A PERMIT. THE GUTTER BOX ALSO HAS ARCING SIGNS UNDERNEATH AN OPENING AND LATER WAS COVERED. THE 100 AMP MAIN DISCONNECT IS NEW AND WAS INSTALLED WITH OUT A PERMIT. THE DISCONNECT HAS TWO FEEDERS WITH CUT PIECES STRAND WIRES TO EACH LUG TO ALLOW FOR THE MULTIPLE FEEDERS. THERE ARE MULTIPLE FEEDERS ON EACH LUG. THE METAL CONDUIT IS NOT CONTINUOUS AS IT ENTERS THE MAIN DISCONNECT TOP AND BOTTOM. NO LABELING. THE SECOND 100 AMP MAIN DISCONNECT HAS UNUSED OPENINGS AND THE CONDUIT IS NOT CONTINUOUS AS IT ENTERS THE MAIN DISCONNECT. NO LABELING. THE BACKER BOARD TO THE ENTIRE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS DETERIORATED AND MUST BE REPLACED IN THE CONFIGURATION THERE IS 60 AMP PANEL WHICH IS THE DISCONNECT FOR THE SMALL HOUSE. THIS SYSTEM HAS A CORD BETWEEN THE METER AND THE ADJACENT MAIN DISCONNECT THE CORD IS BEING USED AS PERMANENT WIRING. THE CORD IS BEING ENERGIZED FROM AN ILLEGAL MULTIPLE LUG IN THE MAIN DISCONNECT. THIS PANEL HAS A BACK FEED BREAKER WHICH DOESN'T HAVE THE HOLD DOWN. THE GROUND AND NEUTRALS ARE NOT SEPARATED. THE DEAD FRONT IS NOT SECURED. NO LABELED A PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE REPAIRS TO ALL THE EQUIPMENT. THE THIRD SERVICE DISCONNECT LOCATION IS NORTH OF THE HOUSE MARKED AS UNIT 30, THE MAKE UP IS ONE 200 AMP SERVICE DISCONNECT. THIS 200 AMP SERVICE DISCONNECT PROVIDES SERVICE TO UNITS 23, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30. THE VIOLATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS; DEAD FRONT NOT SECURED, USED OPENING, NO ACCESS TO SERVICE DISCONNECT. A PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR UNDERGROUND WORK, NEW CONDUIT AND POSSIBLE NEW FEEDERS. THIS WORK WAS IN 12/2013 THE FOURTH SERVICE DISCONNECT LOCATION IS LOCATED AT THE REAR OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM. THE MAKE UP IS 4 / 200 AMP SERVICE DISCONNECTS AND ONE 100 AMP DISCONNECT FOR THE LAUNDRY ROOM. THE VIOLATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS; THE LAUNDRY ROOM MAIN DISCONNECT HAS NO LABELING.
