Hot water heater pipe burst and flooded apartment. Management fixed the water heater. Carpets were dried with a fan. Carpets are still damp and have mold in them now. (Tenant told we do not address mold) Water damage to the kitchen. Hole in the wall to the water cabinet not fixed. Walls have water damage and are still damp. Water break occured last week.
