Loose trash and debris behing the 99 Cent Store. Trash is located by the back loading dock. 2nd complaint called in on 12/23/13. Caller says this is the worst she has seen the trash at this location. Refuse is blowing around the neighbrohood. Manager is not insterested in cleaning up the mess behind their store.

01/30/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT RVIDAL Approved Met with the manager of 2-different stores to where the dumpsters are in the rear of the buildings and the trash and debris is blowing into vacant lots to the west of the building. The lids to the dumpsters are opened at the time of the inspection and was windy and the trash and debris was coming out of the dumpster by the wind. The manager are going to clean the area together and are having trouble keeping the neighbors out of the dumpsters. The neighbors are dumping their trash and debris out of the dumpsters. Did talk about locks on the lids and they have been cut. Will do a N.O.V. RV.
