The lids to the dumpsters are opened at the time of the inspection and was windy and the trash and debris was coming out of the dumpster by the wind. The manager are going to clean the area together and are having trouble keeping the neighbors out of the dumpsters. The neighbors are dumping their trash and debris out of the dumpsters. Did talk about locks on the lids and they have been cut. Will do a N.O.V. RV. |
