Arrived and T.F.D. was called for a medical call and the owner is not letting any one back into the house. Have been on the property before and the owner does not let inspectors on the property. This property will need a warrant and check on getting a warrant. T.F.D. has stated that they were in the living room area and that has 4' to 6' of trash and debris. It was hard to walk around for treating the owner who was placed outside on a chair than the door was locked. I will try and get the report from fire for the warrant. RV. |

Was not able to get the records due to the call was a medical call and was covered under the HIPPA. Did talk to MJ Raciti from the prosecutors office and will need to get with Blake Ashley and the fire prosecutor for fire Dennis McLahghlin. Will wait till next week to start the warrant process.
