Vacant structure on property exists in a dilapidated condition. Structure is unable to be occupied in its current condition and presents an attractive nuisance to area community. Structure has severe dilapidation and damage present on interior and exterior components including roof, wood features, walls, windows, with possible compromise of structural integrity on portions of the building. TPD has previously noted the ceiling was collapsing on the interior per callout on 7/16/13. Dilapidation may allow moisture to penetrate structure and cause further damage.
11/24/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE BIGMAN Approved PROPERTY IS STILL BOARDED UP. LOT OF WEEDS THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY.
