Structure has severe dilapidation and damage present on interior and exterior components including roof, wood features, walls, windows, with possible compromise of structural integrity on portions of the building. TPD has previously noted the ceiling was collapsing on the interior per callout on 7/16/13. Dilapidation may allow moisture to penetrate structure and cause further damage. |
