SPOKE WITH NEIGHBOR TWO HOUSES DOWN, THEY EXPLAINED THE PERSON HAD BEEN ARRESTED SEVERAL NIGHTS PREVIOUS AND NOT SURE IF HE WAS STILL IN JAIL. MENTIONED SEVERAL POLICE WERE THERE MOST OF THE DAY. CALLED RICK SALDATE, EXPLAINED WHAT I WAS CALLED TO THE PROPERTY FOR AND WHAT I FOUND, RICK SUGGESTED I CONTACT TPD BEFORE ENTERING THE PROPERTY. CALLED TPD, THREE OFFICERS ARRIVED, INFORMED ME THAT OWNER WAS ARRESTED JULY 8TH FOR STOLEN PROERTY BUT HAD BEEN RELEASED FROM JAIL. WALKED THE INTERIOR WITH TPD FOUND TRASH AND DEBRIS PERSONAL BELONGINGS SCATTERED EVERYWHERE. S/E BDRM WAS STACKED 4 FT HIGH WITH DEBRIS, S/W BDRM WAS ALSO A MESS. BATHROOM BEING USED WITH NO WATER, TOILET FULL OF FECES. CALLED BATHCREST TO BOARD UP THE PROPERTY. CALLED TEP POWER KILL TO REPORT POWER BEING STOLEN. CALLED TUCSON WATER, FOR WATER TAMPERING AFTER METER HAD BEEN LOCKED OUT. POSTED UNIT UNFIT TO OCCUPY. |
