11/04/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved WHILE IN THE AREA I STOPPED IN TO INSPECT, FOUND REAR BOARDED WINDOW NEXT TO SLIDING GLASS DOOR, BOARD IN THE WINDOW BUT SCREWS HAD BEEN REMOVED. CONTACTED BATHCREST TO COME BY AT THEIR CONVIENCE TO RESECURE THE WINDOW.
10/14/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved FOLLOW UP INSPECTION FOUND FEW CHANGES IN THE PROPERTY. EXTERIOR REAR YARD REMAINS CLEAN, IT DOES APPEAR THAT OWNER OR SOMEBODY HAS BEEN TAKING STUFF IN OR OUT OF THE YARD., BUT NEW STUFF HAS APPEARED, OTHER PERSONAL ITEMS REMAIN NEATLY STACKED IN THE YARD. STRUCTURE REMAINS VACANT BUT SECURED BY BOARD UP. CALLS FROM NEIGHBORS HAVE CEASED, OR I ASK THEY CALL TPD. SPOKE TO MARTIN EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. MARTIN ASKED I CONDUCT ONE MORE FOLLOW UP INSPECTION AND IF NOTHING CHANGES PUT IN OBSERVE STATUS. I DO BELIEVE THE HOUSE WILL BE LOST TO FORECLOSER.
09/11/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved REVISITED SITE, FOUND THE REAR YARD HAD BEEN COMPLETELY CLEANED, LOOKS 100% BETTER, AND DEBRIS REMOVED, ONLY A SMALL PILE REMAINS AND CAN BE PLACED IN THE TRASH CAN FOR REMOVAL. STRUCTURE REMAINS SECURED, THE OWNER HAD CALLED AND REQUESTED HE BE ALLOWED TO REMOVE THE BOARD AND BEGIN CLEANING THE INTERIOR. OWNER MENTIONED HE WOULD REMOVE THE BOARD AND WOULD PROPERLY SECURE THE HOUSE. DOES NOT APPEAR THAT ANYONE HAS REMOVED THE BOARDS FROM THE SECURED SLIDING GLASS DOOR OPENING. STRUCTURE REMAINS SECURED. METER REMAINS PULLED / NO POWER. DOUBT OWNER HAS STARTED CLEAN UP ON THE INTERIOR.

07/29/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved REINSPECTED PROPERTY WHILE IN THE AREA, FOUND ADDITIONAL DEBRIS IN THE ALLEY ABOUT HALF THE DEBRIS REMOVED OR STACKED, STILL LOOKED A MESS AND FOUND EXTENSION CORDS RUNNING FROM NEIGHBOR TWO HOUSES DOWN. SPOKE TO A NEIGHBOR ACROSS THE STREET WHO MENTIONED OWNER HAD BEEN COMING AND GOING BUT DOING VERY LITTLE WORK. ALSO MET SOME OTHER PEOPLE AND SHE SAID HE WAS TO MEET THE COUPLE LATER IN THE EVENING. CORD WAS PULLED OUT OF THE OUTLET DUE TO NOT GETTING NEIGHBOR TO ANSWER.
07/25/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved RECEIVED CALL FROM MIKE SIMPSON OWNER WHO ASKED IF I COULD REINSPECT PROPERTY ON FRIDAY THAT HE HAD STARTED CLEANING THE REAR YARD. INSPECTED THE PROPERTY 7/26 FOUND VERY LITTLE DONE AND FURNITURE I TOOK OFF THE STREET AND PUT BACK IN THE REAR YARD WAS TAKEN BACK OUT ONTO THE STREET. RECEIVED A SECOND CALL FROM OWNER ASKING IF I COULD INSPECT ON MONDAY THAT HE WAS NOT ABLE TO GET TO THE PROPERTY.
