Living unit converted from office space. Kitchen sink is not functional and does not have running water. No hot water, no hot water heater. HVAC mini split in living space installed without permit. Several vents in unit blocked, no functioning smoke alarms. Several electrical circuits and fixtures added without permit and do not appear to be to adopted code in most cases. Back room (south) wall where a subpanel is located is dilapidated and lacks proper finishing. Ceiling is damaged and dilapidated in several areas. Front addition added without permit. The lot also has 9 metal storage containers (7 over 200 sq. ft) each with added electrical all done without permits. Two ramadas have been erected between 3 units, over 200 sq. ft. No zoning compliance review on file for storage and residential use of property.
