04/04/2013 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-11(c) ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. (1) All dwellings and dwelling units shall be provided with electrical service. Electrical facilities connected to or in any building or structure are to be maintained hazard-free and in a state of good repair. The electrical system shall be free from such hazards as bare wiring; overloaded circuits or services; equipment not properly grounded; over-fused circuits; misuse of wiring, including the use of extension cords in lieu of permanent wiring; non-approved wiring; and wiring exposed to moisture or extreme heat. Broken, loose, frayed, inoperable, defective or missing portions of the electrical service, lines, switches, outlets, fixtures and fixture coverings shall be repaired or replaced. (2) All electrical equipment, wiring and appliances shall be installed and maintained in a safe manner and in accordance with all applicable laws.
04/04/2013 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-12(b)(2) WALLS. Exterior walls shall be maintained in a sound condition that is substantially weathertight and weatherproof, and shall be protected from the elements by paint or other approved protective covering. Exterior walls must be free of loose, crumbling or deteriorated plaster or rotted, split or buckled exterior wall coverings.
04/04/2013 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.
04/04/2013 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(h) OUTDOOR STORAGE Outdoor storage on residential properties is prohibited under the following conditions: 1. When stored in the front yard. 2. When stored in the side yard or rear yard and is not screened by a minimum five foot high solid wall or opaque fence. 3. When exceeds 25% of the total lot area. 4. When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris.

04/03/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT RMENDOZA Approved Fire at exterior wall at the south east corner of the property. Fire did not penetrate to the interior of the stucture. Two light fixtures damaged as well as the romex wiring. Removed breaker from the panel to isolate the circuit. Breaker place on top of the electrical panel. Photos taken of damage to wall and electrical circuit. Hazardous wiring throughout the exterior of the of the structure. Wiring is for exterior light and power. Romex wiring is not properly secured and well as the light and outlet fixtures. Wiring near the carport area is hanging then travels underground. Additional wiring tied into outlets, power strips and light fixtures within the carport area. Storage of personal materials in the front yard area. Storage on the side yard areas does not exceed the 25% limit but is not properly screened from the street. Small amount of trash and debris on the side yard areas. Both east and west side.
