Photos taken of damage to wall and electrical circuit. Hazardous wiring throughout the exterior of the of the structure. Wiring is for exterior light and power. Romex wiring is not properly secured and well as the light and outlet fixtures. Wiring near the carport area is hanging then travels underground. Additional wiring tied into outlets, power strips and light fixtures within the carport area.
Storage of personal materials in the front yard area.
Storage on the side yard areas does not exceed the 25% limit but is not properly screened from the street. Small amount of trash and debris on the side yard areas. Both east and west side.
