| 04/02/2013 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | RVIDAL | Approved | Met with the daughter and the vehicles on the property are owned by the owner and the siblings. They have worked on the vehicles on the property but they are personal vehicles and belong to people who live in the house. They have new wood framed porch and new split AC system on the roof. Did talk to the owner and went over what needs to be permitted due to have just been installed. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
| 10/29/2013 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | RVIDAL | Approved | Talk to the owner and they were waiting for the person to do the work until December. Did let the owner know that the permit expires on 12-28-13. Did go over that the footings were done and could call for the footings and that will give them another 6-months for the permit to expire. The owner will call for the inspection and will check in 90 days. RV. |
