Description:

Empty units in the back of building on right side have visible water and mold damage. Water leaks from roof into the interior of the units. Empty units are open and accessible. Unsafe living conditions. Caller wanted to remain anonymous. Said all the units are bad at this location. He told we can not force entry. If violations can not be seen from the outside the case may be closed. He was encouraged to have someone call who will make an individual report for inspection.
