HE HAS ALREADY ASKED OWNERS TO CONSIDER REPAIRING THE ENTIRE PARK SYSTEM SINCE THEY DO HAVE A CONSIDEABLE NUMBER OF BREAKERS PER MONTH AND THE WATER BILL FOR THE PARK IS OUTRAGEOUS, DOUBLE WHAT IT SHOULD BE. SAM GAVE ME THE CONTACT NUMBER FOR LLOYD RODGERS, RODGERS ENGINEERING WHO IS IN THE PROCESS OF HELPING HIM TO COME UP WITH THE DRAWING AND INSTALLMENT OF A NEW WATER SYSTEM. MONDAY 3/04/13 TUCSON WATER WILL BE INSTALLING A NEW MASTER WATER VALVE FOR THE PARK. MR ROGERS IT WOULD TAKE SOME TIME FOR HIME TO COMPLETE THE WORKING DRAWINGS BUT THAT PROCESS WILL TAKE PLACE ONCE HE OBTAINS A NEW COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR WHAT HE NEEDS. ** SPOKE WITH RICK S. AND THEN TRACY WILLIAMS, BOTH AGREED THE BECAUSE THE REPAIRS ARE BEING COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND MANAGEMENT HAS ALREADY OBTAINED AN ENGINEER, THAT WE ALLOW THEM TO MOVE FORWARD AND A NOV NOT REQUIRED AT THIS TIME.
