HE HAS ALREADY ASKED OWNERS TO CONSIDER REPAIRING THE ENTIRE PARK SYSTEM SINCE THEY DO HAVE A CONSIDEABLE NUMBER OF BREAKERS PER MONTH AND THE WATER BILL FOR THE PARK IS OUTRAGEOUS, DOUBLE WHAT IT SHOULD BE. SAM GAVE ME THE CONTACT NUMBER FOR LLOYD RODGERS, RODGERS ENGINEERING WHO IS IN THE PROCESS OF HELPING HIM TO COME UP WITH THE DRAWING AND INSTALLMENT OF A NEW WATER SYSTEM. MONDAY 3/04/13 TUCSON WATER WILL BE INSTALLING A NEW MASTER WATER VALVE FOR THE PARK. MR ROGERS IT WOULD TAKE SOME TIME FOR HIME TO COMPLETE THE WORKING DRAWINGS BUT THAT PROCESS WILL TAKE PLACE ONCE HE OBTAINS A NEW COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR WHAT HE NEEDS. ** SPOKE WITH RICK S. AND THEN TRACY WILLIAMS, BOTH AGREED THE BECAUSE THE REPAIRS ARE BEING COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND MANAGEMENT HAS ALREADY OBTAINED AN ENGINEER, THAT WE ALLOW THEM TO MOVE FORWARD AND A NOV NOT REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. |

02/26/2013 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | PRIOR TO VISITING SITE I CALLED PARK MANAGER SAM HARRELL TO DETERMINE WHAT HAD HAPPENED. SAM MENTIONED FIRST OF ALL WATER WAS NOT TURNED OFF TO THE ENTIRE PARK, IT WAS AN INDIVIDUAL UNIT. S/W GAS WAS CALLED OUT TO MAKE REPAIRS TO A GAS LINE, IN THE PROCESS OF DOING THAT DAMAGED A WATER LINE TO ONE OF THE UNITS, DIGGING AND LOCATION OF THE PIPE WAS MADE, A SMALL SECTION OF PIPE WAS CUT OUT AND REPLACED, AT WHICH TIME THE WATER WAS TURNED OFF TEMPORARILY AND WATER HAS ALREADY BEEN TURNED BACK ON. SPOKE WITH JOSEPH REED WHO RECEIVED THE CALL, CALLER DID NOT GIVE A SPECIFIC UNIT NUMBER, THERE ARE OVER 500 UNITS IN THE PARK, THERE FORE I COULD NOT GET BACK TO THE CALLER. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE |
