02/12/2013 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-11(e) PLUMBING SYSTEMS. (2) All dwellings or dwelling units shall have a kitchen, which shall include an indoor cooking area. The cooking area must be provided with a sink separate and apart from any bathroom sink or lavatory. Each kitchen sink shall have hot and cold running water necessary for its normal operation and use.
