At site, spoke to tenant, Mirna and manager, Chris. The sink was clogged, the pilot on the stove was out and the burner won't light without a lighter. The water in the shower will get extremly hot or cold without warning. The Manager had Maintenance worker come over to check into the issues while I was there. F/U 30 days. |
