They found an electrical panel with arching inside the panel. I responded to the site and the main electrical panel for part of the lot spaces had the breaker for the space #18 had burned and melted the buse bar inside the electrical panel. The owner was on site and had moved the breaker to another location and was working and the trailer had power back on. The trailer on space #18 was the only one that lost power. The people in the trailer are buying the trailer from the property owner. Did go into the house and the trailer has issues and was lacking a smoke detector and had one installed while on site. Has electrical outlets and switches that are sticking out of the wall and exposing the wiring and the connection to the outlets and switches. Has light fixtures that are hanging from the ceiling by the wiring. The trailer has no heat and has a propane tank for the stove and the tank is under the kitchen cabinets inside the trailer. The water heater is for the trailer is sticking out of the trailer but has an electric in the kitchen cabinet inside the trailer. Will meet with the area inspector to go over the case. RV. |
