02/12/2013 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Met with Angel the area inspector to show the issues that needed to be checked. Jim Hurd was on site to assist with the inspection. While on site checking the main electrical panel there was arching in the panel. The owner was called to the site and advised to call an electrician to check the panel if it could be kept on for power to the other lots. F and F electrical contractor arrived and check the panel and was able to move the breaker around to keep the power on. The electrician was going to check on doing the change over of a new panel due to the damage on the buse bar. While waiting for the contractor and the owner to come to the property was able to take the inspectors into the trailer to check the condition of the trailer. They observed the issues that were seen on Saturday and at that time the trailer was going to be condemned. The owner was advised to check if he could get another place for the tenant to stay. Went over that the place if on the same property can not be like this trailer and has to have all the utilities on and to have heat. The owner was checking to find a place for the tenant and advise that the tenant can not move back in until all the issues have been repaired or replaced and checked for min. housing condition. Met with Angel to go over the violation on the trailer. Will do N.O.V. RV. | |
