Bershire Village, construction vehicles are taking up all the parking spaces. Caller wanted to get to Auto Zone and had to park far away. The caller thinks the construction site is not safe. Fencing is not set-up correctly, and there are scraps of metal in the parking area. He called PDSD first and they told him to call code enforcement.

Regarding the complainants accusation as to the construction area and the "safety" there of would be addressed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, better known as OSHA. The entire renovation project is being conducted under building permits and supervised by licensed, professional contractors. Case closed in No Verify status. |
