There were several empty spaces available for parking. There was no refuse or debris located in the designated parking area. The entire shopping center is under major renovation including the parking areas. There were no code violations noted which the code enforcement authority has jurisdiction over. Regarding the complainants accusation as to the construction area and the "safety" there of would be addressed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, better known as OSHA. The entire renovation project is being conducted under building permits and supervised by licensed, professional contractors. Case closed in No Verify status. |
