Talked to the occupent of units 253 and 254 and they stated they can here squirrels running in the cieling. I did not hear any thing at the time of my inspection. Talked to mangement and they stated that have done everything they can to keep the squirrls out of the units, they have wire around all the vents, they have rat traps out on the roofs and have also used poison to keep the squirrels away from the units. If there is a squirrel in the cieling it will not be able to get out and will pass on inside the wall which has happen before. Case Closed. |
