Description:

Login (login.com) is an internet service provider with offices at 4003 E. Speedway, suite 119. Their plant, which stores all their equipment, backs onto the residential streets of Bellevue and Dryden. Apparently, in order to check on their equipment they run a generator that creates noise pollution and releases fumes which creates air pollution. Although the generator does not run constantly, it is run often enough to cause hardship to the surrounding homes. For quite a while now, the neighbors have addressed these issues with the company, to no avail. The question is this, should a plant such as this be so close to a residential area, when clearly it seems they should be in an industrial use zone. Also check that they have a certificte of occupanny, or zoning approval. See case back in 2009 with Inspector Stevens.
