The AC unit was worked on for repairs and not installed. The owner showed me around and all the work on addition has been inplace for some time. Will check records and the areials. The owner did work on repairs only to move in. Will let the owner know if the work was done with out permits and received her phone number to call her if the property has issues. RV.
