Met with the owner and talk to the daughter on the phone. The house was bought as is from the bank. The electrical box is old and the sub-panel is in the closet in the bedroom. The AC is a split system and has been installed for some time Approx. 5-years or more. The AC unit was worked on for repairs and not installed. The owner showed me around and all the work on addition has been inplace for some time. Will check records and the areials. The owner did work on repairs only to move in. Will let the owner know if the work was done with out permits and received her phone number to call her if the property has issues. RV. |
