07/05/2012 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT RVIDAL Approved MET WITH MAINTENANCE AND THE TENANT AND THE CEILING FELL IN THE KITCHEN AREA. THE TENANT HAD BEEN COMPLAINING THAT THE CEILING WAS LEAKING WATER FROM THE CEILING AND A BUCKET WAS PLACE ON A HALF WALL WHERE THE MAINTENANCE MADE A HOLE TO DRAIN THE WATER FROM THE CEILING. SUPPOSELY THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A COUPLE WEEKS AND THE MOTHER OF THE TENANT STATED THAT SHE HAS BEEN TO THE OFFICE COMPLAINING ON THIS ISSUE. HAD THE MAINTENANCE CUT MORE OF THE DRYWALL DOWN DUE TO IT'S LOOSE AND MOIST AND APPEARS READY TO FALL. THE FLOOR JOIST ARE WET AND WATER STILL DRIPPING. AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION THE WATER IS OFF DUE TO FOUND A WATER LEAK IN UNIT #10307 AND THEY ARE DOING THE REPAIR. THE TENANT IS ASKING FOR ANOTHER UNIT AND THE MANAGEMENT WAS CALLED IN. DID ASK IF THE MOTHER OF THE TENANT WANTED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AND SHE SAID NO THAT SHE WILL BE GOING TO THE DOCTOR. WILL DO A N.O.V. AND WILL MEET AT THE SITE TOMORROW. RV.
