The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

INFORMED MAINTANENCE PERSON JIM DRAPER (390-9074) THAT AFTER INSPECTING THE TYPE OF WORK BEING DONE AND THE AMOUNT OF WORK THAT A PERMIT PLANS AND PERMITS WOULD BE REQUIRED BECAUSE OF THE SAFETY ISSUES. FACITILTY MANAGER IS JUSTIN HERNANDEZ (247-5041) AND WOULD ULTIMATELY BE RESPOSNSIBLE FOR THE PLANS AND PERMITS. ** ON 6/05 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM JIM DRAPER WHO MENTIONED THAT THEY HAD GONE DOWN TO DSD AND SECURED A PERMIT IN APPLIED STATUS AND THAT A ARCHITECT HAD BEEN CONTACTED. ALSO MENTIONED ADDITIONAL WORK BEING COMPLETED IN A DIFFERENT AREA OF THE BUILDING WOULD BE INCLUDED. I CHECKED P+ AND FOUND THAT THE PERMIT HAD BEEN ISSUED IN APLLIED STATUS TO JUSTIN HERNANDEZ. |
