MY INSPECTION FOUND 10 PARKING SPACES ALONG THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING, WELL MARKED BOTH WITH SIGNS AND PAINTING OF THE ASPHALT ON THE GROUND. AFTER ENTERING THE BUILDING MY INSPECTION FOUND ALTERATIONS BEING MADE TO THE STRUCTURE, FLOOR JOISTS BEING CUT, WALLS BEING ADDED DRYWALL AND ELECTRICAL CHANGES BEING MADE. INFORMED MAINTANENCE PERSON JIM DRAPER (390-9074) THAT AFTER INSPECTING THE TYPE OF WORK BEING DONE AND THE AMOUNT OF WORK THAT A PERMIT PLANS AND PERMITS WOULD BE REQUIRED BECAUSE OF THE SAFETY ISSUES. FACITILTY MANAGER IS JUSTIN HERNANDEZ (247-5041) AND WOULD ULTIMATELY BE RESPOSNSIBLE FOR THE PLANS AND PERMITS.

** ON 6/05 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM JIM DRAPER WHO MENTIONED THAT THEY HAD GONE DOWN TO DSD AND SECURED A PERMIT IN APPLIED STATUS AND THAT A ARCHITECT HAD BEEN CONTACTED. ALSO MENTIONED ADDITIONAL WORK BEING COMPLETED IN A DIFFERENT AREA OF THE BUILDING WOULD BE INCLUDED. I CHECKED P+ AND FOUND THAT THE PERMIT HAD BEEN ISSUED IN APLLIED STATUS TO JUSTIN HERNANDEZ.
